Well, just half a kilo down this week, so not a great loss at all but I'm still feeling positive. 1.1lb is better than nothey. Hey! I Only managed the gym once since last weeks weigh in (a spinning class). I also had a meal out last Saturday and a glass of wine, so all in all any loss this week is good!
In total now, it's 8lbs off since I started about 4 weeks ago, so I'm heading in the right direction. I've a spinning class later today and I hope to try and do another tomorrow. I went on a pre booked Mums meal out last night, where I had a three course meal and two wine spritzers, so I have to burn that lot off somehow!
Fingers crossed for another loss this coming week, as the challenge is over next Thursday! I'll carry on though. Oh and I have another meal out this Saturday! Eeek!
