Just thought I'd pop a little update on here about my weightloss, fitness kick and healthy eating regime! Since I last posted I've lost another 1lb (before Christmas) but put on a bit of that (0.3kg to be exact) over the festive period.
At my last weigh in on January the 2nd I was just over 9lbs down from my starting weight on Novemeber 13th. I did continue with the exercise after the 6 week challenge finished and did enjoy a few treats over Christmas but I'm now getting back onto it and have signed up to a new 6 week challenge which starts this Thursday. I've been to the gym and will do so for now as a matter of course! In fact I'd probably go most days if I could as I feel great and exercising sure does get those endorphines going.
I shall keep updating on here and posting the odd photo of my progress.
