During my weekly weigh in today I discovered I'd lost just 1.2lb since last week BUT this now means I'm just 3lbs off losing 4 stone. It continues to be very weird buying size 8-10 clothes but just as nice to feel healthier, thinner and fitter.
What I am finding is that little 'naughty' foods are creeping back into my diet so I really do need to keep a check on what goes into my mouth! Maybe It's because I'm almost at my new goal I'm being more lax but I want to maintain my new weight and not put any that I've lost back on!
Gosh, for many reasons I cannot afford to put any of it back on.
