My Mathematician Monkey!
Big monkey is 5 and learning how to add and subtract at school. They call it something much more fun (this escapes me!) but the meaning is the same! He is actually really rather good at this and is practicing lots at home, using the magicsketcher, his LeapPad or paper to do so. Here is some of his work!
How clever is he? No help needed for these sums and I'm afraid to say he does not take after me! Daddy is the maths genius in our house. (Well compared to me!) This is our Wot So Funee linky with

Clever thing! In our school they used to call them number sentences - now there's a confusing phrase!
