Weird Fish - Review

I've recently been reviewing a sweatshirt from Weird Fish, who kindly sent me it all wrapped up and personalised with fab detail. The Nadia Striped 1/4 Zip Fleece sells for £45. This is just the sort of top I would usually wear on chilly evenings or out and about for the day with the monkeys, so I was eager to see the detail and quality Weird Fish garments offer. I'm hugely impressed.
Starting with the packaging, which is so lovely. The personal touch makes it all the more special. My sweatshirt was delivered by signed for post. The garment is true to size and fits very comfortably. I gave the lovely Naomi my size and asked her to send the next size up, should the sizing come up small. I was sent the smaller of the two, which is perfect. I love the detailing on the top.
The floral pattern inside the sweatshirt is really lovely. Great detailing on the zip too with the Weird Fish Logo in antique silver metal. Made from 85% Cotton 15% Polyester (cotton poly marl fabric), with fleece inside, it's very soft. This colour way is Vanilla Ice. It also comes in Mood Indigo.
Weird Fish have been in business since 1993 - "Since then Weird Fish has sought to continue the ethos of producing individual, vintage inspired, iconic and hard wearing,
comfortable clothing – for a casual lifestyle".
In conclusion if you like quality hard wearing casual and comfy clothing, with added detail, then Weird Fish could have just what you are looking for. I love this sweatshirt. Maybe not the best colour choice with two monkeys, but I wanted something different to the usual dark colours I would normally wear.
I really can't think of any negatives to point out. I know what I'll be wearing on colder days and chilly evenings.
