Week 3 Challenge Update

I feel like it's becoming more of a struggle to stay on track with the healthy eating this week and despite completing a full 45 minute spinning class last Friday, I've also not done so well at the gym. I have had the odd pringle this week it has to be said. Oh and a small amount of cheese! Whoops, I must stay on task. Maybe that is why at weigh in today I only just about weighed 1lb less than last week.
The good news is that I have lost 1/2 a stone in three weeks, so although it was my lowest loss this week, I'm doing OK I think! 
I will be continuing to try my hardest to lose another 1/2 a stone by Christmas. Lets hope the four all ready arranged meals I'm booked to go on, don't hamper things!!
