Wubble Bubble Ball - Review

The monkeys love playing outside and love playing ball. When I was asked if they would like to review a different type of ball I of course said yes. What I didn't tell the monkeys was that this ball was not just any ball but a bubble ball! A ball and a bubble! The Wubble Bubble Ball

Is it a ball? Is it a bubble? No it's a Wubble! Looks like a bubble, plays like a ball, it is the amazing Wubble Bubble Ball.
The Wubble can be chucked, kicked, bounced etc, however it is not invincible so you need be to careful that it doesn't come into contact with any sharp objects.
The Wubble can be purchased from all major retailers including Argos, TRU, The Entertainer, Smyths, Tesco and WH Smiths.
The wubble is aimed at children aged 6+ and comes in pink, blue or purple. It inflates up to a whooping Three foot high with the pump included. (The pump is also available separately). Very easy to inflate, it takes just a few minutes and it's then ready to play with. Suitable for indoor or outdoor play, the wubble retails at a RRP of £19.99 with the pump. The pump needs 4 x D batteries to work. It can also be purchased separately, without the pump for RRP £9.99. When you’re finished playing, just deflate the Wubble with the deflation tool included and stick it in a drawer for next time.
Made from top-secret super-thermo-stretch-tacular material which makes it squishy, squashy, super soft and lightweight, the awesome Wubble Bubble Ball is fun for all!  Throw it, catch it, kick it, whack it – the possibilities are endless!
The monkeys were very excited to play with our Wubble, but sadly we only got to play with it for about ten minutes before it burst. I think it must have accidently hit something sharp in the garden, though I'm not sure what? We were very careful not to let that happen! I had also ensured that I did not over inflate it, using the inflating guide as pictured.
Despite it popping the monkeys did really enjoy playing with the wubble. I think it's good you can buy the ball and pump separately, otherwise at £19.99 it would be pretty expensive to replace should it pop. We did have great fun.
Next time we play with one, I think we'll try it on the beach! Hopefully that way there will be less chance of it popping. I'm sure we could have much more fun with it there.
We were sent the wubble and pump for review purposes. All thoughts and opinions are my own. The PR very kindly sent us a replacement for the wubble that burst.
