Halloween at Brewers Fayre!

Brewers Fayre, the family favourite pub restaurant, is celebrating Autumn with a brand new menu and spooky fun for Halloween - with the return of Brewers Scare!

Pop down to your local Brewers Fayre this October Half Term for a scarily good time for both adults and children. Get involved with their FREE activity mornings running from 9.30am to 12pm, Monday to Friday during the school holidays for arts, crafts, colouring-in, puzzles, games and other spooky goings on. They’ll even throw in a free comic with every kids meal too!
We were invited to enjoy a family meal the other evening to try out the new menu. The monkeys enjoyed a three course meal each from the fab Beano kids menu, where there was lots of choice! Prices start from £3.99 for 1 course, £4.49 for 2 courses and £4.99 for 3. Great value for money and cooked fresh daily. Popping Chicken for big monkey and tomato splat pasta for little monkey. Both monkeys were kept entertained with their Beano comics and of course the soft play area!
Featuring a wide range of freshly prepared dishes, Brewers Fayre offers pub classics at great value that will keep the whole family satisfied for less. New highlights include the Ultimate Sausage And Mash (£8.99) with a new, larger Yorkshire pudding which hubby couldn't finish! It was huge and he thoroughly enjoyed it!
The new Chicken and Ham Pie (also £8.99) provides a hearty lunch or dinner which was my choice and very nice too!
For dessert lovers, a new Family Sharer Dessert means the whole family can indulge together. However the monkeys had the kids Chocolate Indulgence Sundae and hubby had the Profiteroles (£3.49). I was very good and just had a main course.
When it comes to value, Brewers Fayre is hard to beat. The daytime value offer runs from 12 - 6pm Monday to Friday and means guests can enjoy two starters for £2.50, two mains for just £10.99 and two desserts for £2.50, so eating out doesn't have to be limited to special occasions. There's also the Chefs Counter with a different theme each day. Friday night was of course Chip Shop night!

We were treated to a lovely evening courtesy of Brewers Fayre where the food was good, the waiting and bar staff very attentive and the waiting times for a Friday evening perfectly acceptable. Why not pop along with the family this half term and take advantage of the fun and frights this Halloween!
